I loved the Dolce & Gabbana Italia Spring 16 show so much that it gave me inspiration for my tabletop decor for tonight’s dinner. D&G drew inspiration from Italy and the beautiful hand painted ceramics of Sorrento, which I love soooo much!! They remind me of  the beautiful Amalfi Coast and there are no rules when it comes to accenting your home with these special, one of a kind pieces…There is absolutely nothing like them.  I couldn’t believe the designers’ whole story when I tuned into vogue.com and saw the pictures because that is exactly where my head was at. I recently got some amazing ceramic pieces from Italy, some of them even personalized with our initials. These were a treat to ourselves, but would make amazing gifts for a newlywed couple or for someones special birthday or house-warming, especially if they are foodies and entertainers.
